Memory and knowledge base

The quality of the response depends on the quality of the context. Documents, manuals, policies, contracts, histories, and previous decisions can feed a RAG architecture — but a knowledge base should not be just a folder full of files.

The company needs to control which document is currently valid, who created it, who approved it, which version should be used, who it belongs to, which data is restricted, and which source supports the response.

When an automation fails

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how VerticalX collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data and customer data in the context of automation and artificial intelligence projects.

1. Data we collect

  • Contact data you submit through forms: name, company, work email, phone, and the process description.
  • Navigation data strictly necessary for the site to work.
  • Operational data provided by the customer during a project, exclusively to run the contracted workflows.

2. How we use data

We do not sell personal data and do not use it in mailing lists without explicit consent.

  • Comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.

3. Artificial intelligence and content processing

When a workflow uses AI models, the scope of data sent is limited to what the task requires. Together with the customer we define which sources may be consulted, which information is restricted, and which actions require human approval.

4. Sharing

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers, AI model providers, and systems integrated at the customer request, always under contract and for a determined purpose.

5. Retention and security

  • We retain data for the period required by the purpose and by legal obligations.
  • We apply access control by user, role, project, and environment.
  • We keep an audit trail of executions and relevant changes.

6. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, or deletion of your data, under the Brazilian LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and equivalent regulations.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. Relevant changes will be communicated through official VerticalX channels.
